What is the delivery period?

Normally you will receive the goods within 30 days of ordering. E.g. If you place an order for a product that is in stock on Monday, you will normally receive delivery on Wednesday. If the goods are not in stock, the delivery time depends on the moment the goods are back in stock (this can take, for example, 5 working days or 2 weeks). Of course you can always contact us to ask whether something is in stock or when it can be delivered.

When will delivery be delivered free of charge?

All orders from €150.00 excl. 21% VAT (€181.50 incl. 21% VAT) are delivered in the Netherlands without additional transport costs. Orders smaller than €150 excl. 21% VAT (€181.50 incl. 21% VAT) will be increased by €9.55 excl. 21% VAT (€11.56 incl. 21% VAT) transport costs. Goods available while in stock. In the event of force majeure or stock shortages, we reserve the right to postpone or cancel delivery. Longer delivery times apply to printed goods. The goods are delivered via GLS, POSTNL and BPOST, among others. A track and trace number can also be obtained on request. If you are not present, a second delivery can be provided, a note can be left in the mailbox to contact the carrier or to collect the package at a collection point in your area.

Delivery and execution

  1. The entrepreneur will exercise the utmost care when receiving and executing orders for products and when assessing applications for the provision of services.
  2. The place of delivery is the address that the consumer has communicated to the entrepreneur.
  3. Taking into account what is stated in Article 4 of these general terms and conditions, the entrepreneur will execute accepted orders expeditiously, but no later than within 30 days, unless a different delivery period has been agreed. If delivery is delayed, or if an order cannot be fulfilled or can only be partially fulfilled, the consumer will be notified of this no later than 30 days after he has placed the order. In that case, the consumer has the right to terminate the agreement without costs and is entitled to any compensation.
  4. After dissolution in accordance with the previous paragraph, the entrepreneur will immediately refund the amount paid by the consumer.
  5. The risk of damage and/or loss of products rests with the entrepreneur until the moment of delivery to the consumer or a representative designated in advance and made known to the entrepreneur, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
